Operation Admin Executive+
You are the bridge between people and operations — making sure everything runs smoothly while creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who walks into Tutti.
Job Scope
• Deliver a warm and helpful customer experience at all times
• Perform daily sales and operational administrative tasks
• Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars efficiently
• Provide administrative support to faculty and teachers
• Handle cashiering and sales transactions accurately
• Attend to customer enquiries (walk-ins, messages, bookings)
Qualification
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Able to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities
• Minimum SPM/STPM/UEC/IGCSE/O-Level or equivalent
• Age 21 – 40
• Outgoing personality and enjoys engaging with people

Accountant+
You are the backbone of financial clarity in Tutti — ensuring that every transaction, report, and decision is grounded in accuracy and responsibility. Your role supports the sustainability of our operations, allowing the team to focus on creating meaningful musical experiences.
Job Scope
• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, and general ledger
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Manage invoicing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and track company expenses
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required
• Support budgeting and basic financial planning processes
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

You are not just teaching music — you are shaping confidence, expression, and growth in every student. At Tutti, we focus on the journey, not just the results. Your role is to guide students (especially children) to enjoy music, build self-belief, and grow at their own pace.
Job Scope
• Conduct engaging and structured music lessons, individual and/or group
•Create a positive and encouraging learning environment, especially for kids
• Focus on student growth, confidence, and enjoyment — not just exam results
• Prepare lesson plans based on students’ level and learning pace
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Communicate with parents when needed regarding student development
• Participate in performances, workshops, and internal training sessions
• Continuously improve teaching skills through provided training
Qualification
Minimum Grade 8 (ABRSM / Trinity / Rockschool or equivalent)
• Diploma or Degree in Music is welcome
• Must genuinely enjoy working with children
• Patient, encouraging, and able to connect with students of different personalities
• Open to learning and receiving training (no “fixed teaching style”)
• Background in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or Education is a plus
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
